Welcome to RDII Network ("RDII Network," "RDII," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the RDII Network website, platform, applications, services, marketplace systems, protected agreement systems, subscriptions, or related tools (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services.

1. PLATFORM DESCRIPTION

RDII Network is a digital platform that allows users to:

• Post jobs, services, and project opportunities
• Create protected agreements between users
• Use platform communication and moderation systems
• Fund agreements using approved payment methods
• Participate in platform subscription services
• Access creator, community, and promotional tools

RDII Network is not an employer, broker, bank, law firm, escrow company, investment advisor, or financial institution.

RDII Network is a technology platform only.

2. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

By using the Services, you agree:

• You are at least 18 years old
• All information you provide is accurate
• You will not impersonate another person or entity
• You will not use the platform for illegal or fraudulent activity
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• You understand all agreements are between users

Users are solely responsible for:

• Their contracts
• Deliverables
• Taxes
• Compliance obligations
• Wallet addresses
• Payment information
• Uploaded content

3. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

Users may not:

• Engage in fraud or scams
• Attempt chargeback abuse
• Post illegal content
• Promote violence, hate, or harassment
• Upload malware or harmful code
• Use automated spam systems
• Manipulate reviews or engagement
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Attempt to bypass moderation systems
• Use the platform for money laundering or unlawful financial activity

RDII Network reserves the right to remove content, suspend accounts, or terminate access at any time.

4. PROTECTED AGREEMENTS

RDII Network allows users to create protected agreements.

Users negotiate and approve their own terms.

RDII Network:

• Is not a direct party to agreements
• Does not guarantee deliverables
• Does not guarantee payment outcomes
• Does not provide legal advice
• Does not guarantee project completion

The platform may temporarily hold funds while agreements are active or under review.

Once funded:

• Agreements may become locked
• Terms may no longer be editable
• Moderation systems may review disputes

Users are responsible for reviewing all agreement details before funding.

5. DISPUTES

Users may open disputes when disagreements occur.

RDII Network moderators may review:

• Agreement terms
• Messages
• Uploaded evidence
• Platform activity
• Payment records

Moderation decisions are made at RDII Network’s discretion.

RDII Network may:

• Release funds
• Refund funds
• Restrict accounts
• Request additional verification

Moderation decisions are final unless otherwise required by law.

6. PAYMENTS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers including Stripe and related providers.

By making payments, you authorize:

• Subscription billing
• Agreement funding
• Platform fees
• Payment processing fees

Subscription plans renew automatically unless canceled.

Users may manage subscriptions through Stripe’s customer portal.

RDII Network reserves the right to:

• Change pricing
• Modify features
• Add or remove subscription tiers
• Adjust usage limitations

7. PLATFORM FEES

RDII Network may charge platform fees on agreements, subscriptions, promotions, upgrades, or related services.

Fees may include:

• Platform service fees
• Payment processing fees
• Promotional fees
• Subscription fees

Fees may change at any time.

8. CRYPTOCURRENCY

Certain platform features may support cryptocurrency-related functionality.

Users understand:

• Blockchain transactions may be irreversible
• Cryptocurrency values may fluctuate
• Wallet errors may result in permanent loss
• Network fees may apply

RDII Network does not guarantee cryptocurrency transaction success.

9. CONTENT OWNERSHIP

Users retain ownership of content they create.

By uploading content, users grant RDII Network a worldwide, non-exclusive license to:

• Host
• Display
• Store
• Moderate
• Process
• Distribute

content necessary to operate the platform.

Users may not upload copyrighted content they do not own or control.

10. TERMINATION

RDII Network may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Violations of these Terms
• Fraudulent activity
• Abuse of platform systems
• Legal or compliance concerns
• Chargeback abuse
• Harassment or harmful conduct

Users may also stop using the platform at any time.

11. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."

RDII Network makes no guarantees regarding:

• Platform uptime
• Earnings
• Payment outcomes
• Project success
• User behavior
• Security against all attacks
• Availability of features

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RDII Network and its operators shall not be liable for:

• Indirect damages
• Lost profits
• Lost data
• Business interruption
• Cryptocurrency losses
• User disputes
• Third-party actions

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to RDII Network within the prior 12 months.

13. GOVERNING LAW

RDII Network operates under applicable laws and regulations.

14. CHANGES TO TERMS

RDII Network may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
